This ad's neat comic conceit, delivered with aplomb by director Peter Lydon, is that Toyota's servicing is so good that you might become addicted to it. Thus we see a number of people in the familiar setting of a group counselling session listening to a man as he confesses the lengths to which he's gone to give himself an excuse to return for more tinkering.
