Love in the time of Corolla.

The Toyota Corolla turns sixty next year, but the brand’s UK arm wants to celebrate now. Directed by Humans (Thom Whitaker and Danielle Outhwaite Noël), 'The World's Favourite Car' is about love in the time of Corolla, if you will. Is it a teenager's first car? An ambulance? A nightclub on wheels? Shelter from the storm? That's right—it's all those things and more.

Whitaker and Outhwaite Noël pack a lot of personality and British sensibilities into 30", as well as a tidy nod to Toyota's link with the England and Wales Cricket Board. We also like how "the world's favourite car" takes pride of place on top of a multi-storey car park, where a woman realises she's forgotten to buy onions. Again, this is a very British Toyota spot and all the better for it.
