A whole new world.

Ted Wheeler (Joe Chrest) is a man of simple pleasures. All he wants to do is sit in his favourite chair and eat cheese balls all night. If wife Karen and kids Nancy, Mike, and Holly are busy, however, who'll go to the shops when he runs out or drops them on the floor? Time to man up and visit the Hawkins, Indiana branch of Target, we reckon.

Chrest has the perfect face for a character immune to novelty 99.9% of the time. Once he crosses the threshold, however, Ted gets a mild kick out of the store. That may not sound like much, but mild is wild for a guy like Wheeler. Groceries, golf clubs, newfangled electronics, and fresh popcorn under the same roof? What a time to be alive.

Target's also where Keith (Matty Cardarople) happens to work. After stints at Palace Arcade and Family Video, he looks right at home on checkouts. Not only is Keith the kind of guy who lets customers with eleven items use the ten-items-or-less lane, he earns the retailer 'Stranger Things' points from fans who cheer for minor characters.
