There's weight in waiting.

You can't help but be impressed by a piece of work that really makes you think about problem you'd not necessarily considered before and this piece for Stamma does exactly that. For people with a stammer, a simple phone call can be a source of incredible stress, and if we sense that the person on the other end of the phone needs time, we should give it to them.

In Joseph Mann's film, there is not much kindness shown initially, and it could be argued that this undermines the message, but as this has been done in service of landing the reveal, we disagree. No one watching this would seek to emulate the impatience shown at first, because they will pay far more attention to what happens after the penny drops. And that display of compassion is what makes this an important piece of communication.
