Taso Alexander's 'Treasure Hunt' revolves around a man (Garrett Jamieson) at a real loose end. Like a big kid in a suit, he eats cereal and watches cartoons on the sofa. That's before someone slides—to quote Squire Trelawney in 'Muppet Treasure Island'—"a genuine, bona fide treasure map" under his door. If that’s not motivation to get off one’s backside, we don’t know what is.

Burdened with glorious purpose, the man embarks on a quest that takes him here, there, and everywhere. Before long, he's gathered a compass, a dagger, threads worthy of Long John Silver, and a parrot (it might not be the real McCoy, but we love how it bobs up and down as its owner marches on). Maybe he could buy a real parrot with some of the doubloons he's about to plunder.

We won't spoil what happens, but suffice to say DAVID lied when he said it was a genuine, bona fide treasure map. At least he got some fresh air!
