A woolly proposition.

This startlingly original commercial for Revolut riffs on the idea that the advertised financial company is doing extraordinary things with our money even as we imagine it sitting idle in our accounts. When a young woman reaches into her pocket to seek out her debit card to pay for a coffee, she drops into a woolly landscape where she embarks on a surreal journey showing her some of what the company is doing.

It is nebulous and unspecific, but no less impressive for that, and the richly imagined world in which she finds herself is at once welcoming and mysterious. The leap of faith taken to create this strange world and to know that it won't appear ridiculous required a director who could navigate a way through the risks... and Ian Pons Jewell proves the perfect choice as he somehow manages to make a trip through a woolly cardigan appear both fun and meaningful.
