The chokehold is the glue that, er, holds this timely Questions4Later promo together. Directed by LIAKH, 'Eastern European 2', the sequel to—you guessed it—'Eastern European', the film puts Andrey Stukan in a perpetual chokehold. He does manage to wrap his arms around one bloke's neck, but it's hard to breathe for the most part.

Why a chokehold, you ask? Because it sums up how many Eastern European immigrants feel in the Big Smoke. The pressure to succeed in a foreign land, the fight to keep homesickness at bay… it's enough to make anyone feel short of breath. Ukrainians must be about ready to pass out as Donald Trump and company blow hot air from all orifices.

The struggle is real in LIAKH's mixed-media promo, but so is the sense of community found in shops, pubs, and gyms—Stukan, for example, is a member of ViBURNUM, a group of Ukrainian and Eastern European mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters. This adds another layer to the chokehold motif, as it becomes a symbol of positive aggression.
