"Duck Lips"

Hail to the king.

As William Shakespeare once wrote, "Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them." Take the guy in this Pringles commercial, for example—he may not look like a great leader, per se, but that's before he sticks a couple of the advertised crisps between his lips. His date thinks it funny, but a flock of nearby ducks thinks it's monumental.

After years of stale bread and broken promises, they regard him as a king who may lead all duck-kind to greater things at last. With a nest for a crown and a picnic blanket for a cloak, the man's ready to leave the "commoners" behind and fulfil his rather unexpected destiny. Who knew that kingship came with a tube of dill pickle Pringles, eh?

It's part of the brand's ongoing efforts to make duck lips as much of a thing as possible. Who knows—if the protagonist or someone like him uses their power for good, Donald Trump can forget about a third term in office.
