Not sure who or what to go as for Halloween? The director's cut of Numan's 'Buffet Boy’ commercial has the answer. A triumph of costume design from head to toe, Buffet Boy (Tice Oakfield) is a dieter's worst nightmare—think Freddy Krueger if he fell into a pâtisserie. When he appears before office worker Lisa (Naomi Emmanuel), it's only a matter of time before she cracks, right? After all, who could resist literal buns like his?

Lisa, as it turns out, is made of much stronger stuff. No matter what’s shoved in her face or pops out of Buffet Boy's mouth, she sticks to the plan. As a result, Oakfield's performance becomes even more unhinged and desperate, like when Pennywise realises no one's afraid of it anymore. His anguished scream when Lisa eats a clementine almost makes you feel sorry for him.

When all's said and done, however, he's no match for Lisa and her weight loss medication. The brand refuses to accept that willpower is the be all and end all—when Buffet Boy strikes, it say it's OK to have more in your arsenal.
