Undead and down under.

Not long ago it felt like every second ad featured zombies, only for them to die of starvation or one two many bullets to the head. This Australian commercial suggests there’s life in the undead yet, as Kia uses them to promote its all-electric range. In this scenario, zombies are less of a threat and more of an inconvenience—just stay quiet and you're golden.

The protagonist's SUV is more than up to the task, and she's able to reach the mall (a cute nod to 'Dawn of the Dead' and its 2004 remake) with nary a drop of blood on the paintwork. Turns out an electric motor is too quiet for the undead hordes to detect, but watch your step in the car park—they tend to notice squeaky toys.

Though the dead are unlikely to walk the earth any time soon, brands like Kia will continue to present electric vehicles as the best to navigate a troubled world.
