People power.

As Fiverr CEO and Micha Kaufman goes all in on AI, it seems JP Morgan Chase has faith in humanity, at least. "The biggest driver of economic growth can't just be found on the stock market," we're told—it's found in people who want to create jobs, design smarter cities, or help everyone travel faster than the speed of sound. Some just need a little time to figure out what they want to do and where they want to go.

This is where director Max Fisher comes in. Much like his recent work for AIB, the ad celebrates what mortals are capable of when inspiration strikes, passion takes hold, or a job needs done right. One might expect a JP Morgan Chase commercial to take place in boardrooms or impersonal tower blocks, but Fisher and DP Ziga Zupancic make a chip shop, a bus, or a library look the part instead. Places like these are home to untapped potential that cannot be ignored for much longer.

That's why the brand has pumped more money into skills and training programmes. Invest in people, it says, and the economy will thank you for it—first, the young woman from the chip shop needs to be shown where to go on her first day at JP Morgan Chase.
