Down to Be Wrong

Logan Lerman ('Perks of Being a Wallflower', 'We Were the Lucky Ones') gets a rude awakening in the promo for HAIM's new single 'Down to Be Wrong'. The actor wakes up in a hotel room next to Danielle Haim, but… does he? As it turns out, Danielle and bandmates Este and Alana are more like ghosts ready to fuck with Lerman's shit.

The sisters Haim empty his wallet and make a mess of the room, weirding him out good and proper. The second he leaves to investigate a knock on the door, they lock him out. It's the worst possible start to the day for Lerman, and the best one imaginable for the band who performs 'Down to Be Wrong' wherever there’s space for them and their instruments.

This leads to a brilliant shot of Lerman walking past Danielle on the drums, Alana on guitar, and Este on bass. Because the trio are able to be here, there, and everywhere at once (though that might have something to do with tricksy camerawork and editing), Lerman's forced to walk past them twice—ideal as we get see Este’s animalistic reactions more than once.
