Sympathy Magic

Not one to sit in darkness on Halloween and hope nobody knocks on the door, Florence Welch—aka Florence + The Machine—released her sixth album, 'Everybody Scream', on October 31. Before that, she released the promo for 'Sympathy Magic', a track tinged with hurt ("The scar fades but pulls inside/Tugging at me all the time") and the desire to heal through arcane means ("Let the chorus console me/Sympathy magic").

Unlike the promo for 'Everybody Scream', the whole of Autumn de Wilde's latest belongs outdoors. The weather gods often mock those who try to shoot in the Scottish Highlands, but de Wilde and her intrepid crew get away with it. Not only is it a beautiful day to scream at the top of your lungs and lean further into the occult (four witches on duty here), it shows another side to Welch after the events of Wythenshawe Hall.
