Use more electricity, and use it now!

An earnest Scottish VO explains that the demand for electricity has never been greater, and that the expansion of the network is not only necessary, but an opportunity for the economy to grow, as a camera appears to jinx its way along streets, and weave through windmill farms off the coast, with a bit of help from the VFX wizards at ELMNTL.

The inclusion of green energy is an important reminder that consuming electricity needn't mean power stations billowing more fumes into the atmosphere, but the overall question this commercial raises is an old one for advertising like this: okay, but what do you want us to do?
