This Current Account Switch Service commercial could have gone so, so wrong. A country-rap song about the least country-rap topic imaginable? On paper, it's worse than a snake in your boots. In practice, it's a heck of a good time thanks to director duo Bedroom (Soren Harrison and Amir Hossain) and Cheltenham-born rapper Keanan.

The latter walks into a saloon that production designer Sasha Hilton should be proud of. Rather than shoot the place to ribbons or drink himself into a stupor, Keanan, whose tracks include 'Anxious' and 'Country Boy', breaks out the rhymes. These include “Heard the grass is greener, so I knew I had to choose/… Destination somewhere new" and "No need to cut the slack/Fifty-plus banks up in the bank".

It’s not just the track, though—it's the bow howdy choreography, Old West with a fresh lick of paint colour palette, and game cast that makes the spot so hard to resist. The goal is to get younger viewers invested in the advertised service and we hope it does the trick, as the effort put in by Bedroom and company deserves it.
