"Rebeca Andrade"

All systems Xico.
Rebeca Andrade might just have the most infectious laugh in all of gymnastics. Brazil's most decorated Olympian of all time (two golds, three silvers, and one bronze so far) has plenty to be happy about, as does her coach, Francisco 'Xico' Porath, the MVP of this welcome documentary directed by David Terry Fine and Stanley Brock. An ever-present in Andrade's life since she was seven years old, Porath has been through it all with the São Paulo-born star. This includes not one, not two, but three anterior cruciate ligament tears (if that doesn't make you wince, we don’t know what will). Suffice it to say, there's not a dry eye in the house when Andrade defies the odds. Away from the gym, Andrade and Porath are even more adorable. A game of tennis shows where the duo's true talents lie, but Andrade insists: "They're going to do a good edit—we'll look like the best in the world!" All jokes aside, thirteen-plus minutes fly by in their company, and this is in large part down to Fine and Brock, who also understand what teamwork is all about.
