When life gives you Tekla fabrics, make a Tekla commercial. It's niche advice, granted, but it worked for director Jack Brown. The result is 'The Patchwork Bear', a 40" film that threatens to give Paddington a run for his money—we checked and there is room for more than one ursine protagonist this holiday season.

This bear lands outside the brand's Copenhagen headquarters, then pops in for a cheeky tour of the place. Brown's grasp of the source material, so to speak, not only makes the character easy to warm to, but also accentuates the quality of the product. Charlie Pelling's cosy, tactile sound design helps no end in this department.
