Fans of the late, lamented ‘Ghosts’ will appreciate this spot for Erste Bank. A couple who look like they belong in an Agatha Christie adaptation are spooked by a number of strange events at home. Lights flicker, dust coats every surface, wallpaper falls off at random… it’s enough to make you call an exorcist.

That would be a bad idea for these two because, well, they are ghosts. It's 2024, and the new owners want to make a head start on renovation. The deceased couple reckon this is the height of rudeness, but they have an advantage over other ghosts: they can leave if they want to.

As this well-realised ghost story draws to a close, it's revealed that Erste Bank offer home loans that are affordable and cross the boundary between life and death! Oh, scratch that—DAVID missed the small print.
