Let's get down to it.

The word "business" is used over twenty times in this BT commercial, as the brand tell small and medium-sized enterprises, corporations, and the public sector: "We've got your back." Some words make no sense if you say them often enough, but narrator Kayvan Novak doesn’t seem to have that problem.

The star of 'What We Do in the Shadows' has real business development manager energy as he watches all sorts of work get done. Lucky for him, director Raine Allen Miller crams tons of personality into each location, whether it's a bakery, a cat paraphernalia shop, or a top-secret operations room ("Mind your business!").

These customers all share a need for reliable connectivity, and that's where BT come in. It looks to be another topsy-turvy year ahead in each and sectors, so when the brand say they will support clients hope they mean it and don’t, er, phone it in.
