Well and back again.

Many WaterAid commercials end on a new well or toilet block, but not this one. Director Elena Petitti di Roreto kicks off with a celebration at a well near Zomba, Malawi, but soon turns her camera to a girl who nabs the all-important first cup. Before anyone cries, "Thief!", let's see where Lucia goes with her liquid asset.

She does stop to contemplate a sip at one point, but she knows someone who's waited far too long for clean water: her grandmother. She had to sit tight longer than the charity would have wanted (Water Aid launched in 1981), which makes young Lucia's gesture even more thoughtful.
