Oh hair no!

This Uber spot reminds DAVID of a classic Yellow Pages ad wherein James Nesbitt tried (and failed) to cut his niece's hair, but the pain is self-inflicted this time. The unfortunate protagonist is a teenage girl who's cut a square hole in her bangs (there's enough room on her forehead for a postage stamp). Her reaction's good, but mum's is even better.

The nurse has no doubt seen some awful sights in her time at the hospital, but Lola's selfie threatens to take the biscuit. Her shocked expression, coupled with the way she fumbles with her paperwork, is superb, but she still knows what to do in an emergency.

She approves her daughter's Uber ride to a local hair salon, and also tracks the journey on her phone for piece of mind. It just goes to show how much technology has developed over the last twenty years, but bad haircuts are always catastrophic.
