If there's a celebrity who offers better value to the brand he advertises than Idris Elba, DAVID would like to know who it is. In this high octane commercial by director Roderigo Valdés, Elba is 'all-in' - displaying both charm and charisma in abundance. The aim of the piece is to draw attention to a special offer enabling sky cinema subscribers to receive two free cinema tickets each month.

Elba and a young companion raced through the streets in cinema seats to demonstrate the thrills and spills that can be expected if we take up the offer. This is one of those commercials where you'd love to see the 'behind the scenes' to discover how it was all done, because the action is, for the most part, so convincing that it really looks as though the two protagonists really were charging around in this fashion... and that it was great fun!
