Ballroom binge.

Burger King sponsor RuPaul's Drag Race on MTV, so any tie-in commercial must be worthy of the man himself. Fortunately, director Ezra Hurwitz is up to the challenge, delivering a ballroom blitz that stars emcees Jack Mizrahi and Junior Labeija, plus Drag Race alumnus Olivia Lux (or Liv Lux Miyake-Mugler, if you prefer).

The production design is ludicrous in the best way possible, with a Whopper dress and onion ring garters among the highlights. Hurwitz's dance background also comes to the fore, as he handles all the moving, voguing parts with gusto.

You can tell that the brand consulted and hired the right people for this project, which strengthens their LGBTQ+ credentials at a crucial time. If conservative celebrities and politicians react to this the same way they did with Bud Light, they'll have nothing to eat or drink soon.
