Let's dance.

If you thought small talk was ill-suited to Zoom and the like during Covid-19, try writing a ballet with dancers based in Germany, Japan, and the United States respectively. Needless to say, Northern Ballet choreographer Kenneth Tindall likes a challenge.

This six-and-a-half minute Star Alliance film charts his remote work with dancers Amanda Assucena, Alexei Orlenco, and Ayami Miyata, as well as composer Venus Ex Machina. It's an untraditional set-up, but the five build a strong foundation as they wait for the chance to perform together in real-life.

When it does come, it's a graceful reminder that some things are just better in person. How Star Alliance customers coped for so long without their beloved air lounges is beyond us.
