Sorcerers and wacky waving inflatable arm-flailing tube men are not the solution for IT problems, it turns out. Cloud data firm NetApp enlighten viewers with two 15" ads that are chock-full of personality and employees pushed to breaking point. The second of the two is particularly strong—Wiggly Wally, we hardly knew ye.
