Countdown's Susie Dent turns trash-talk conditioning coach in this fun ad for BT Sport. Her client is heavyweight boxer Joe Joyce, who needs more insults, taunts, and put-downs in his arsenal. Cue a lexical training montage that prioritises books over body blows.

Pencil in hand, Dent 'conducts' Joyce as he wraps his gums around words schnook, dunderhead, and huff-snuff (a conceited fellow who gives himself airs and is quick to take offence). Even alphabetti spaghetti becomes a useful training aid.

When the press conference arrives, Joyce delivers a retort that would make Chris Eubank blush. This ensures a nice "my work here is done" gesture from Dent, who presumably leaves to sharpen another of BT Sport boxer's tongue.
