"Full Works"

2 September 2021

40s

You can't spell Ooh Wee without EE.

Ben Strebel directs this light-footed effort for EE, who draw attention to their Full Works plan for iPhone. While the protagonist listens to 'Ooh Wee' by Mark Ronson through AirPods, Kevin Bacon commentates on her fruity choice of music, video, and gaming apps. We're surprised she chucks an orange instead of an apple to a stall holder.

With Bacon on the sidelines (sat between an elderly couple eating sandwiches), the focus is on Elle and her well-choreographed flow. It's a welcome injection of pace for this long-running campaign, and offers a late burst of summer frisson before whatever manifold joys autumn has in store for us.
