A Case of the Mondays

A woman has an unusual case of the Mondays in this amusing commercial for Nissan. Describing their latest model as 'boss-worthy', the brand show just how demanding being at the top can be - as the woman in charge attempts to leave the office despite colleagues trying desperately to get a moment of her time.

It's a smoothly executed premise, particularly when the efforts to secure attention follow her out of work and onto the road. Director Wayne McClammy has a reel replete with these kind of large-scale pieces, and that practice in co-ordination and comic timing clearly pays off here.

A relaxed central performance anchors the whole film, as the boss remains cool under pressure and casually shows off the new Nissan's features into the bargain. We particularly like the gag with the rear-facing camera and an especially invasive coworker.
