A few minutes with Florence is sufficient to recognise that she's a force to be reckoned with, and when she joined DAVID at Company3 recently for a chat, she proved to be a breath of fresh air... in the same way as a tornado is.

Florence Poppy Deary is already a director in demand. After switching codes following a successful career as an agency creative, she feels very much at home in the director's chair. Though, not literally, she has the kind of energy that makes it seem unlikely she'd be able to sit still in a chair for any length of time.

By her own account, Florence fell "ungracefully" out of after realising that a lecturer was quite right (if a little harsh) when he told her that she was "sit at animation but good at ideas". Advertising is the natural home for someone characterised with that skill balance and she partnered with Ruby Norman-Curran and hasn't looked back.
