Ten years after Jonathan and Josh Baker arrived at Academy Films in the UK, the directors known as TWIN have signed to its US roster. Jonathan says: "Academy has always felt like home to us. They're the perfect mix of pedigree, taste, and humanity. They're consistently innovating, in whatever shape of form a project requires, without ever resting on their laurels."

Brother Josh adds: "The UK team has always been in our corner, pushing us to take creative risks while keeping our work honest. What drew us to expand with the US team is the same spirit and hunger to make connective, memorable work with people who genuinely care. There's a real momentum building at Academy, and it feels like the perfect time to go all in together."

That suits Los Angeles-based MD John Nguyen down to the ground: "They have this uncanny ability to build worlds that feel alive and cinematic, yet rooted in something deeply human. What excited me most is how their storytelling sensibility naturally crosses formats.
