Straight 8 announces initial line-up for Cannes Lions shootout.

Straight has outed some of the advertising industry's companies as intrepid by publishing the names of some of those taking part in this year's shootout at Cannes Lions next month.

Twelve of the companies taking part in this year's Cannes Lions shootout in June have been identified as a call to arms for others thinking about taking part. There is a good representation from different parts of the industry which is great because it's healthy to know there are aspiring filmmakers in agencies and in post companies as well as in film production companies where you'd expect to find them.
