After eleven years at Work Editorial, editor Rachael Spann is now on the books at Shift Post, where she aims to complement what she calls "a great roster" and "add another string to the already strong bow". This is as good a time as any to hear from editor and founder Saam Hodivala, who expects Spann to thrive at her new home.
