Director Jennifer Sheridan, whose credits include 'Malpractice', 'Rose: A Love Story', and 'Extraordinary' (100% on Rotten Tomatoes, no less), has signed to Common People Films for UK representation.

Director Jennifer Sheridan, whose credits include 'Malpractice', 'Rose: A Love Story', and 'Extraordinary' (100% on Rotten Tomatoes, no less), has signed to Common People Films for UK representation. The move follows the release of a BAFTA Game Awards commercial that harnesses both the power of virtual production and the charisma of actor Susan Wokoma.

No stranger to video games (she voiced Princess Talanji in 'World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth'), Wokoma walks through scenes inspired by the likes of 'Starfield', 'Grand Theft Auto', and 'Baldur's Gate 3'. Fans of Larian Studios' modern classic will appreciate cameos by Samantha Béart and Neil Newbon, while Sheridan's respect for the medium is clear for all to see.

Here's what Sheridan has to say about the spot and her new home: "I'm thrilled to officially join the incredible folks at Common People—turns out they’re just as forward-thinking and creatively daring as I am, so it works extremely well! We had a wonderful time cooking up this joyful, storytelling-led BAFTA campaign together and I can't wait to cause even more creative chaos with them in the future. Watch this space!"
