Scott, whose nifty reel includes work for Qatar Airways, B&Q, and CBBC, set out his stall in 2015 with 'Kaleidoscope', a Red Bull commercial with more than a few tricks up its sleeve. That's because renowned BMX rider Kriss Kyle navigates a stunt course that simply won't sit at peace.

Pushing the definition of a safe landing to its limits, Kyle embarks on an absorbing session around a constantly shifting set. There's no guaranteeing where the Scot will land, but his control ensures every jump, grind, and downward spiral looks as smooth as can be.

This optical thrill ride must have presented some unique challenges on-set, but Scott demonstrates a confident grasp of both rhythm and visuals. A brief insight into Kyle's backstory at the beginning is also a shrewd set-up; quietly spoken, his expertise speaks volumes as the film unfolds.

Scott then evokes the golden era of musicals in this Qatar Airways spot, as an orchestral soundtrack accompanies one family's adventures across the globe. Whether they're frolicking through the sun-kissed streets of Paris or ice skating in snowy New York, purple-clad flight attendants are always available to offer a hand.

Restrained choreography adds to the film's vintage feel, while sharply-designed sets ensure a tangible spectacle. Perhaps this is what the world always looks like when you're rich enough to fly first class... at any rate, this upbeat film makes travelling the world look most appealing.
