Art Practice makes perfect for Daniel Eatock.

Multidisciplinary director Daniel Eatock is now on the books at Art Practice, the company founded by James Allen, Dan Tobin Smith, and Mike Skrgatic.

Multidisciplinary director Daniel Eatock is now on the books at Art Practice. Described as "one quarter artist, one quarter designer, one quarter wholly individual thinker, and one quarter lovely northern dude" by his new home, Eatock is the whole package as far as Mike Skrgatic and James Allen are concerned.

"We've been fans for a long while," they say. "Daniel inhabits all of the known creative spaces and applies his unique way of looking to everything he does. The world is a far nicer, more colourful place with him on board. We think he epitomises the type of crossover talent that makes Art Practice."

Managing partner and executive producer Sam Chitty agrees wholeheartedly: "Daniel is one of the most exciting creatives I've had the good fortune of working with. When you talk to him you cannot help but be inspired. You immediately want to pick up a paintbrush and go and make something yourself."

Don't own a paintbrush? No problem! Eatock once used a rolling pin to create a series of colourful flat artworks. We'd love to see him on 'The Great British Bake Off' one day—Channel 4 already like him for his work on 'Big Brother' and the idents launched in 2023.

Daniel Eatock

Multidisciplinary director Daniel Eatock is synonymous with 'Big Brother', thanks to the many colourful variations on the eye logo he whipped up over the years for Channel 4. As an artist, the Royal College of Art graduate is known to use rolling pins as well as paintbrushes, so let's hope he applies to go on 'The Great British Bake Off' one day.
