UK Property Web Sites

Another pleasantly off the wall ad from Yopa sees a bloke explaining how easy it would be to sell his house with the site... if he didn't live in a can of beans. This surreal series is well constructed, the initial tight view giving the audience a hint of strangeness before panning out to reveal how odd the depicted scenario really is. Attention-grabbing work.

Another surreal ad for Yopa sees a woman trapped in the world's most boring dream. The scene is constructed beautifully, with great attention to details including the mixed up clock numbers and unexplained pile of potatoes. A flaxen-haired lothario shows up briefly, but any suggestion of excitement is quickly dashed. More lovely work from The Perlorian Brothers.

Word gets around, according to this amusing Yopa commercial. A sea captain extols the property site’s myriad benefits. Given his wide-eyed delivery, one would assume he’s used the advertised website himself. Well, not quite - his living situation is static, to say the least. Following 2016's Village People reunion, the brand emphasise their personable nature with a bout of cabin fever.

Yopa tells us their viewing alert service can help homebuyers stay organised - even if you're a Village Person. Thanks to the website's text notifications, the group has plenty of time to make sure their home is spick and span for potential buyers. Plus, the ad provides some solid life advice: if you're going to launch into a burst of 'Y.M.C.A.', make sure you're not holding any beverages.

The Village People put on a show for their Yopa representative in this ad for the online property hub. With plenty of publicity shoots under their collective belt, the group add some disco pizzazz to shots of the living room, staircase, and bathroom. The biker seems particularly taken by the optimistic estate agent, though his bandmates and the narrator slam the brakes on his lyrical observation.

Yes, even 1970s disco groups need to negotiate the housing market on occasion - at least according to this attention-grabbing commercial for online estate agents Yopa. It's a tight squeeze around the kitchen table, and Felipe Rose a.k.a. the Indian, has had enough. Enlisting the advertised property site's services, he receives peace of mind over the phone... though it's neither the time or the place to break into their most famous dance routine.

The unneeded signs belonging to the high street estate agents being challenged by Yopa's proposition, shuffle sadly away from residential areas as Tom Hollander's VO explains how you can sell your house for as little as £780 using the service. It's a little short on detail but anyone about to put their house on the market will surely be interested in finding out more.
