This couple didn’t expect to have ‘the talk’ with their house. Still, the heart wants what it wants... namely a conservatory and a larger kitchen. There’s some fun back-and-forth here - some viewers will recognise these break-up tics all too well. Savills once again posit themselves as relationship gurus, ensuring home sellers like these two enjoy a healthy separation.

Another gently surreal ad for Savills sees a couple bumping into a house they've viewed on a beach walk. Unlike previous incarnations (which saw a different couple berated by the house they'd 'cheated on') things are very amicable between building and buyer - they've even put in an offer. It's an interesting campaign, and definitely stands out from the property crowd.

Houses have personalities in this new series of commercials for estate agents Savills and this one is feeling a bit betrayed after discovering that its owners have been "seeing somewhere else". What does the new prospect have that he doesn't? Ric Cantor's subtle treatment successfully uses the analogy of a failing relationship to get its point across with a touch of poignancy as well as comedy.

This is one of a pair of commercials for estate agent Savills which inject a little levity into the process of house hunting. It's an astute move as it's an activity many find quite harrowing and it's useful to remind people that not every aspect of it has to be an ordeal. In this instalment, a man begins harbouring fantasies about a 'man cave' before his wife suggests a different purpose for the space.
